Booking Policy At Song of the Soul Collective, we honor your journey and strive to create a harmonious experience for every client. Please review our booking policies to ensure clarity and alignment with your session. Booking & Payments Reserve Your Spot: All services are paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. Sliding Scale Pricing: We believe healing should be accessible. Select the pricing tier that reflects your current financial situation: Tier 1: Annual income under $40,000 Tier 2: Annual income $40,000–$70,000 Tier 3: Annual income over $70,000 *We trust you to choose the tier that resonates with your circumstances. Cancellations & Rescheduling Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations: Cancel 72+ hours before your session for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. No-Shows: Missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Virtual & In-Person Sessions Virtual Offerings: Conducted via a secure platform, ensuring you feel supported wherever you are. In-Person Sessions: Arrive 10 minutes early to center yourself and make the most of your experience.
