About the event
Join us for a slow flow yoga, meditation + sound bath experience in partnership with The Cultural Council for Palm Beach County. Nestled in the heart of Downtown Lake Worth, this twice weekly series takes place in the Cultural Council's outdoor, Arts & Wellness Space, located just behind their building along South L Street.
Start the day with some mindful movement + meditation! Each week we gather to move, breathe, release tension + explore sensation in our bodies. These 60 min classes are suitable for all levels of practice + offered by donation.
*Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, knee pads + anything else you might need to support you in your practice!
*This event is weather dependant! Should a cancellation take place due to inclement weather, you will be notified via email at least an hour before the start time + your donation…
